Terms and Conditions

2.1 Membership Approval

Membership is subject to approval by the competent authority of the Club in accordance with its Rules and Regulations.

2.2 Accurate Information

Applicants must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. Submission of false or misleading information may result in rejection, suspension, or termination of membership.

2.3 Membership Categories

Membership categories, rights, privileges, and limitations shall be governed strictly by the Articles of Association and internal policies of the Club.

3.1 Entrance Fees

Members shall pay applicable entrance fees as prescribed under Article 9(b) of the Articles of Association.

3.2 Development Surcharge

A minimum development surcharge of BDT 25,000 (Taka Twenty-Five Thousand) is applicable, subject to revision by the Club authority.

3.3 Payment Channels

All payments made through the web application must be completed using authorized payment channels.

3.4 Non-Refundable Fees

Fees once paid are non-refundable, unless otherwise decided by the Club authority in writing.

4.1 Purpose

The web application is provided solely for membership management, information dissemination, communication, and access to Club services.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

Users shall not:

• Misuse the platform for unlawful purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Interfere with the operation or security of the application
• Upload false, harmful, defamatory, or offensive content

4.3 Right to Restrict Access

The Club reserves the right to suspend or restrict access without prior notice for violation of these Terms.

5.1 Compliance

Members shall comply with all Club Rules, Regulations, notices, and decisions issued by the Club authority.

5.2 Disciplinary Action

Any act detrimental to the reputation, discipline, or objectives of the Club may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of membership.

5.3 Login Credentials

Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

6.1 Grounds for Suspension or Termination

The Club may suspend or terminate membership or application access if a member:

• Violates these Terms or Club Rules
• Fails to pay dues or charges
• Engages in misconduct or unlawful activities

6.2 No Refund Upon Termination

Termination of membership shall not entitle the member to any refund of fees already paid.

7.1 Club Ownership

All content, logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and materials available on the web application are the exclusive property of 99 Sports Club, unless otherwise stated.

7.2 Restrictions on Use

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written permission of the Club.

8.1 Privacy Policy

Use of the web application is subject to the Club's Privacy Policy.

8.2 Data Protection Laws

Personal data shall be collected, processed, and protected in accordance with the Information and Communication Technology Act, 2006, the Digital Security Act, 2018, and applicable laws of Bangladesh.

9.1 Club Liability Exclusions

The Club shall not be liable for:

• Temporary unavailability of the web application
• Technical errors, data loss, or system failures
• Unauthorized access beyond reasonable security control

9.2 User Risk

Use of the web application is at the user's own risk.

10.1 Right to Modify

The Club reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.

10.2 Effective Date

Amendments shall become effective upon publication on the web application.
