At 99 Sports Club Ltd., we value transparency and fairness in all financial matters. This Fee Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which membership fees, event fees, and other payments may or may not be refunded.
1 General Policy
All fees paid to 99 Sports Club Ltd. are generally non-refundable, except in specific circumstances outlined in this policy. By making a payment, members and participants agree to abide by this policy.
2 Membership Fee Refunds
a. Permanent Membership
- Entrance fees and monthly subscriptions for Permanent Membership are non-refundable once the membership is approved and activated.
- As Permanent Membership offers lifelong access and privileges, no refunds will be issued for resignation, inactivity, or discontinuation.
b. Donor Membership
- Donor Membership contributions are considered voluntary donations.
- All donor payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
c. Honorary Membership
- No fees are applicable; therefore, no refunds apply.
d. General Membership
- Entrance fees and monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once membership access is granted.
- No refunds will be provided for non-participation, suspension, or voluntary withdrawal.
3 Event, Tournament & Activity Fees
- Fees paid for tournaments, matches, training programs, or special events are non-refundable once registration is confirmed.
- If an event is cancelled by the club, a partial or full refund may be considered at the discretion of the Management Committee.
- If an event is postponed, fees may be carried forward to the rescheduled date instead of being refunded.
4 Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered only in rare and exceptional cases, such as:
- Duplicate payments made by mistake
- Technical or payment gateway errors
- Event cancellation without rescheduling
Any such refund request must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed by the club's Management Committee. The committee's decision shall be final and binding.
5 Refund Processing
- Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 14–21 working days.
- Refunds will be made through the original payment method, where possible.
- Any transaction or processing charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.
6 Policy Amendments
99 Sports Club Ltd. reserves the right to modify, update, or change this Fee Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be published on the official website.
